I am 99% certain this hotel stole from my room safe. I literally went out to change money, and when I got back within the hour, money was missing - money I had just counted and made note of and was in bundles according to amounts. All the amounts were now off and the totals short. The hotel then refused to show me the CCTV footage to see who, besides the cleaning staff, may have entered the room.

Booked 4 nights stay in the scenery hotel for 24th December 2022. On arrival there was no safety box in the room. I insisted one was put in there and bolted to the wall. I lock my money gold chain and documents and passport in the safe Thinking this would be safe No it wasn't when going into my safe a couple of days later to change money. It had all been taken as well as my gold chain. They left passport and documents. I reported this to the hotel staff whom didn't want to know, They didn't want to know because it was the staff who stole it. I also reported it the Pattaya police and the tourist police who said it was very suspicious that they could not access the cctv. Avoid this hotel at all cost unless you want to be robbed of all your valuables

Not sure if i was given the worst room, but this whole place was awful. Swipe didn't work properly to get into the room (would take 5-6 tries), bed was hard as a rock, the room had no bedside lamps, the lock to the balcony door was broken and didn't work and the worst bit-the inroom safety box was not attached to anything and could be picked up and moved around!. On the second day the swipe didn't work at all and the door couldn't be locked. Terrible place, unfriendly staff, a pool that is not usable, staff hanging around sleeping in a room next to the foyer. Not dbl glazed so noisy, bed was like concrete. It's not cheap either. Terrible.

stayed there 3 nights, bed is so hard, pillows are filthy smells too bad, booked Superior room and they moved me to another lower floor room because WIFI doesn't work on high floors, room phones inside rooms but not working , so every time you need to ask about something you've to get down to the reception, staff are very rude and of course don't speak good english.

Big clean room. Good aircon. Good bed. Nice bathroom. No noise. Near everything. Only things missing are tabels at bed and mirror in room. Pool inside is very small. Recommen this place. Price low for hotel like this.
